Appointments and Visits
When you arrange a visit, we will agree a time with you by phone or email. Please make sure someone is available to let our team onto the property at the agreed time, and tell us in advance about anything that affects access — locked gates, dogs on the property, overgrown paths, or areas of the roof that cannot be reached safely. If nobody can be there at the agreed time, please let us know so we can arrange another time rather than arriving to a locked property. If you need to change or cancel a visit, please let us know as soon as you can so we can offer the time to someone else. We will do the same for you: if we need to change a visit because of weather or another reason, we will contact you and agree a new time.
Options and Approval
After inspecting your roof, we will explain what we found and give you your options in writing, with photos where they help. No work starts before you approve it. If the inspection shows that the work needed is different from what was first discussed, we will explain the change and agree the new plan with you before going ahead. You are welcome to ask questions at any stage, and to take time to decide — there is no obligation to approve work on the spot.
Payment
Payment terms for your work are confirmed in writing before the work begins, as part of the options we give you. We do not publish prices on this website, because the right approach — and therefore the cost — depends on your roof: its size, its material, its condition and the access to it. If you have questions about payment, ask us before approving the work and we will explain the terms plainly.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

If work has already been approved and materials have been ordered for your job, we will explain what has already been arranged and agree with you how to proceed. We will not charge you for work that has not been done.
Your Responsibilities

If your home is part of a homeowners association, you are responsible for any approvals your HOA requires before work begins — tell us about those requirements when we first talk, so we can plan around them.
